Biography
As a nationally awarded real estate counselor and leading commercial real estate broker, Alex Ruggieri advises individual clients and organizations across the United States on the acquisitions, dispositions, and management of their real estate portfolios through market-driven, experienced-based approaches.
With a total career volume surpassing half a billion dollars, Alex has more than 45 years of experience in commercial real estate. He also holds the prestigious Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) designation, awarded by the National Association of Realtors to less than 1% of real estate agents in the U.S.
Alex is nationally recognized as a real estate leader and is currently serving as the chair of the Global Business and Alliance committee. A recent board director for the National Association of Realtors, Alex also holds the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations. He earned his MBA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
