Principal, Regional Counsel (Northeast and Latin America)
As the Northeast and Latin America Regional Legal Counsel, Allison is responsible for multiple offices across regions. She developed the firm’s first compliance program, which acts as the foundational guide for Gensler’s business practices. In addition to advising Gensler’s global technical leaders and serving as a Regional Large Project Committee advisor, she is involved in the Product Development practice area. Her legal expertise and impact on the profession have been recognized by the National Black Lawyers Top 100 List (2021), ENR New York Top Young Professionals (2017), Legal 500 GC Powerlist for U.S. Latin America Specialists (2017), and Lawyers of Distinction for In-House Counsel (2019 and 2020.) Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, and a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
