Arushi Ray is the Co-founder & President of Forty5Park, a neurosymbolic AI platform that helps institutional real estate investors operate faster and more intelligently. She has worked across venture capital, startups, and direct investment — from evaluating software companies at Insight Partners, to helping office landlords adopt workplace technology at SwiftConnect, to direct investing at a private real estate family office. Arushi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and brings a cross-functional perspective that bridges real estate, technology, and operations.
