On the ten-year anniversary of opening her first business, Ashley Jackrel earned her CCIM designation. Since then, she has sold that business, transitioning this cumulative expertise to advise in commercial real estate services. Her specialties are Office and Investments in Charleston, SC and she facilitates multi-market client needs across the southeast US for industrial and retail.

Ashley serves congruently at the local, state and national levels for her associations of REALTORS® and as an Honorary Commander for the United States Air Force. She serves a Mayoral appointment in Charleston as the real estate representative on the Design Review Board and has received numerous local and national awards. Most recently, she was named REALTOR® of the year for Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®.

Outside of the real estate industry, Ashley has worked with Reading Partners and as a guest teacher at R.B. Stall High School in North Charleston in their entrepreneurship program. She helped to raise funds for the Warrior Home Project, a solution for student homelessness. She enjoys practicing yoga, embracing style, and taking part in leisurely meals with loved ones.
