Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, LEED AP, is Co-Founder & CEO of Evoke Partners, a powerful development and investment platform that combines real estate with energy and disruptive technology. He is also the Founder & CEO of Op2mize Energy, a strategic energy procurement company, advocating for clients across North America.

Previously, Geoff was Partner & SVP, Workplace Strategy for CRG, a Clayco company, and he was Executive Managing Director at Newmark where he led their North American Industrial Practice and oversaw their O’Hare office. Geoff was also the 2016-2017 SIOR Global President.

In 2024, Geoff was named Executive of the Year by the Illinois RE Journal. Over the course of his 38-year career, Geoff has achieved many other notable awards and distinctions from SIOR, NAIOP, CoStar, Crains, Newmark, RealComm, AIRE, Chicago Association of Realtors and others, and was inducted into the Midwest RE News Hall of Fame in 2016.
