Ms. Liautaud is the segment head of US Commercial Real Estate and Infrastructure for BMO Commercial. Kim joined BMO in 2012 and was appointed to lead the US Commercial Real Estate business in 2017.  She has deep lending experience in the commercial real estate sector across all property types as well as all US markets. Prior to joining BMO, Ms. Liautaud worked at Merrill Lynch Capital for 6 years in the commercial real estate group providing senior first mortgage debt and mezzanine debt to commercial real estate owners and developers.  Before Merrill Lynch, she spent 13 years at Heller Financial, Inc. holding various positions within the institution including 10 years in commercial real estate.

Kim is active externally as a ULI and CREFC member. Kim also serves on the finance committee for One Family Illinois, and is a member of the Board of Community Investment Corp. Kim graduated from Illinois State University with a BS in accounting.
