Biography
Natalie serves as VP of Strategy at Weston Urban, where she is focused on enhancing value and positively transforming downtown San Antonio through leasing, activation and pedestrian experience projects. She joined Weston Urban after serving as Director of Property Management for Pearl, a 20+ acre historic mixed-use real estate development, transformed from a blighted industrial site to a world-class community and cultural destination. At Pearl she served in various operational and leadership roles over 9 years, gaining hands-on experience in what it takes to create, maintain and support high-quality public spaces and a complex, mixed-use portfolio. In 2021, Natalie led the creation of Pearl Cowork, a new business line for the company that met emerging needs of a shifting market and optimized 10,000 sq ft of distinctive office space.
Natalie was born and raised in San Antonio and graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Music. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and LEED Green Associate. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Main Plaza Conservancy and The Magik Theatre. Natalie is passionate about education and development for professionals in the real estate industry and served from 2018-2022 on the Board of Directors and as 2020 President for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) San Antonio Chapter.
Natalie lives in San Antonio with her husband, Brendan, and their two children. She believes in Weston Urban’s mission to help build the city our kids want to call home and looks forward to the day when her kids choose San Antonio.
