Patty leverages her strong, reputable relationship network with operating partners and institutional clients over the course of more than 25 years. She also brings a wealth of C-suite knowledge on strategic governance, P&L oversight, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Patty served as President and Principal at CRE Analytics Now, LLC, in which she provided advisory services to institutional owners, including expertise on transition and acquisition due diligence, digital transformations and technology platform rollouts. She is a CPM, CCIM and SIOR as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.
