30+ years in commercial real estate banking, with $3.0 billion + deployed to local, regional and national scope developers for multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed use and adaptive re-use properties. A graduate of the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, with degrees in finance and accounting. I co-teach a commercial real estate development class at the Emory University's Goizueta MBA program, and play in a local, professional rock band. I have four great kids and a beautiful bride who is much smarter than me, who is a partner in an Atlanta based commercial development platform. (I can add more if you wish).
