Will Curtis, CPM®, CCIM, currently serves as the Managing Director for Browning Commercial, overseeing all aspects of commercial real estate for the “The Very Best” agents in Central Texas and the Principal of Crossed Sabers Asset Management.

Will previously was the Leasing Manager for Port San Antonio and the Manager of Real Estate Transitions for the Fortune 500 REIT Welltower. He has completed more than $1.2 billion in transactions and has an extensive background in property and asset management. His primary focus is on Medical Offices and Veteran-Owned Businesses.

Will holds a Bachelor of Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University. Will also holds the coveted CCIM Designation and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Will is a Faculty Member of CCIM, faculty for the Institute of Real Estate Management, and Adjunct Professor at Trinity University. He also served as the 2022 CCIM San Antonio/South Texas Chapter President, the 2024 Chairman of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®.
