C5 +CCIM Expo Sweepstakes Official Rules

You must be registered as an attendee at C5+CCIM, a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, or U.S. Territories, at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry and drawing(s). Employees and contractors of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), their immediate families, and those living in their households are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is not open to the general public.

To enter, you may either:

• Download the C5+CCIM app and scan at least twelve (12) QR Codes from qualifying exhibitors and meal functions*. Only one QR Code per qualifying exhibitor/meal function.
• Send an email to: paustin@nar.realtor including your name, business name, and business contact information (phone, address, and email). 

Limit one entry per person.

The Sweepstakes will consist of at least one (1) random drawing for one (1) prize (approximate value: $200 – $1,800). NAR, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold multiple random drawings for additional prizes with similar value. The drawing(s) will be held on or about September 29th. Each eligible entrant is eligible to win only one (1) prize in this Sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable, no substitution of the prize will be permitted, except that sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with either the cash value of the prize that would have been awarded, or a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize bundle become unavailable for any reason. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In no event will NAR be obligated to award more than one prize, as indicated herein.

Winners will be notified in-person and must be present at the time of drawing(s). Winners may be asked to provide proof of registration at C5+CCIM or required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. In the event, NAR cannot confirm the eligibility of the winner, a requested affidavit and/or release is not signed and returned within twenty-four (24) hours, or if the prize notification is returned to NAR as undeliverable, then an alternative eligible winner will be selected. All available prizes will be awarded. Prizes will be delivered in-person, via email, or mail.

To receive the names of the winner(s), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “C5+CCIM Sweepstakes” c/o National Association of REALTORS®, 430 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 60611 after Entry Period but must be received by December 31, 2023.

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be adjudicated in a court of law situated in Cook County, Illinois, and the entrant hereby submits to such jurisdiction.
