Q: I have registered, but have not yet received my confirmation email, what should I do?

Q: What is the C5 + CCIM Global Summit registration cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made in writing to C5Summit@maritz.com and received by September 3, 2024. A $100 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida
Q: How much are the conference guestrooms at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino?
A: NAR has negotiated special rates at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for attendees. Rates start at $259.00 plus taxes and fees/night. A resort fee of $25.00 per room per night will be charged to each room.
Q: What other important information should I know about the hotel?
A: When reserving your guestroom, please be sure to use the same exact name on your photo ID (license or passport).
Check-in starts at 4 pm ET. Check-out is at 11 am ET.
Guests will be charged for one night room and tax by Monday, September 2, 2024 in order to secure the reservation. Upon check-in, guests must have the credit card that they used when booking their reservation to cover any additional room nights, taxes, and resort fees. If using a personal credit card, please be sure that the name on the card matches the name of the guest checking in for the reservation. If a company card was used, and you will not have the same card in person or if your name is not on the card, you will need to make arrangements with the hotel’s Customer Care, 954-316-2929, in advance to pay for all room nights in advance. You will be able to contact Customer Care after September 2nd. The hotel will send you a secure link to provide your credit card and it will be charged for all nights of your stay. If the same credit card isn’t presented at check-in that was used to reserve the room, a refund will be issued, and all nights will be put on the guest’s credit card of choice that is presented in person. Guests are able to use their credit card of choice to hold for incidental charges ($100 per day – with a maximum of $300.00 charged).
For all international attendees, it is recommended to speak to your credit card provider in advance of traveling to ensure your credit cards can be used in the U.S. to secure payment for all room nights and any incidental charges.
Q: How much is parking at the hotel?
A: The hotel has complimentary parking located at Winner’s Way Garage and Seminole Way Garage (garages closest to guestrooms and meeting rooms). Valet parking is also available at a charge of $35 for overnight guests. Valet will charge $40 for event parking on all Hard Rock Live event nights. Daily rate is $30. XCARD members will receive complimentary parking.
