D’Etta Casto-DeLeon, CCIM is The CCIM Institute 2024 Global President. D’Etta is a Director at CBRE Loan Services in Houston, TX with more than 25 years of commercial real estate loan servicing and mortgage banking experience, including managing various investment portfolios and asset management responsibilities, primarily for life insurance companies.

D’Etta earned her CCIM Designation in 2007. She served as the 2012 president for the Houston/Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter and as region 4 vice president. At the national level, she served on the board of directors, 2018 presidential liaison and numerous committees including Executive, Finance, Strategic Planning, Members Services, Marketing and more.
