Originally from Ciudad Mante, Tamaulipas, Emilio has established his presence in the city and port of Tampico, where he currently resides. He graduated as an Industrial Production Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas, marking the beginning of a career spanning the Maquiladora and Petrochemical Industry in Global Markets. A prominent member of AMPI since 2009, he has held key roles such as President of the AMPI Tampico Section in 2018, National Advisor in 2020-2021 in the Vice Presidencies of Commercialization in 2020 and Treasury and Finance in 2021, Executive Vice President National in 2023 and currently, National President 2024.
