President and Owner of Forty Two Plus, LLC, a real estate consulting firm focused on delivering guidance across residential and commercial real estate.
Former Chairman, President & CEO of NAI Global, where he led the organization through a period of significant growth, expanded its global footprint, and implemented key initiatives that strengthened performance and market presence. Prior to that, he held a senior leadership role at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), with a strong track record in brokerage operations, law firm representation and investment sales strategy.
Jay is a respected leader in commercial real estate with a track record of industry recognition and influence. He was named Realtor of the Year in 1998 and served as Chair in 2000 for the Greater Washington DC Commercial Association of Realtors. In 2003, he chaired the National Association of Realtors’ Commercial Alliance, further cementing his role as a national industry leader. In 2020, he was honored by globest.com as one of “The Best Bosses in Commercial Real Estate” and received the prestigious and rare Honorary CCIM Designation from the CCIM Institute for his global impact and transformative leadership in the field.
