Michael started selling investment properties at the age of nineteen while attending Georgia State University. He immediately began studying best practices for commercial agents and has never stopped perfecting the strategies. He became a full time commission only agent at the age of twenty-two. He is a CCIM and an active licensed broker in eight states. He is founder and CEO of Bull Realty headquartered in Atlanta. He has trained select agents to great success at Bull Realty for twenty-five years all while bringing informative commercial real estate industry intel, forecasts and strategies to millions of people across the country as host of the 12+ year running podcast, America’s Commercial Real Estate Show.
