Patricia Lynn, CCIM, is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate consulting and education. As the principal of LYNNK, Inc., she provides a range of consulting services to landowners, brokerage companies, government agencies, and corporate real estate departments.

Additionally, as the founder of ExceedCE, an online real estate continuing education company, Patricia offers courses for license renewal and professional development. Her dedication to education extends to being a featured speaker at national and international conferences and lecturing globally to developers and government officials.

Patricia's career highlights include positions in brokerage and training development, real estate investment banking, and as Corporate Services Director of a global accounting firm. She has managed strategic planning, analysis, underwriting, marketing, and negotiations for diverse property types, including corporate real estate portfolios, green-field developments, and institutional-grade investments.

Patricia holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, where she is a senior instructor, and is certified by IDEC as a Certified Distance Education Instructor. As an acclaimed instructor, she has been the recipient of top awards for instruction and volunteerism, described as “passion for learning, contagious enthusiasm, unwavering integrity and strong leadership ability”.

Patricia has also been certified by the Alignor Group, a global organization founded to teach interest-based negotiations.

Patricia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State Polytechnic University. Beyond her professional achievements, she holds two martial arts Black Belts and has earned numerous world championships in karate forms and weapons between 2017 and 2023.
