Over the last 10 years, he has visited and toured over 26 sea and inland ports, has advised logistics developers, has lectured in over 32 major cities internationally on the topic and has been sponsored by Pro Logis, Port of Baltimore, Port of Houston, Red Rock, Becknell Industrial, Arco, Opus Group and other logistic institutions. He has interviewed over 65 companies for this program. He is the 2009 and 2019 CRE recipient of the “James Felt Creative Counseling Award” for the most outstanding achievement and ingenuity in a real estate counseling assignment

He has earned his BA from Lehigh University and a Masters in Urban Planning from Columbia University.
