Stephanie Coleman is a leader with over 20 years of work in commercial real estate. Her track record includes business leadership, teaching, ownership, development, investment, property management, corporate landlord/tenant advisory, and numerous and varied closed transactions. She is currently at CBRE on the United Healthcare Account as the East region lead of transactions overseeing a portfolio of healthcare and administrative office locations. Stephanie is also a Sr instructor for the CCIM Institute, the 2024 CCIM Connecticut Chapter President and a Chairperson on the CCIM Curriculum Subcommittee advising content for a designation core course. Outside of her professional life, Stephanie's favorite activities are dance and fitness classes, time with fam and friends, and summers in Martha's Vineyard, MA. She has 3 sons and lives in Danbury, CT with her husband.
