Carmen Bauman

Carmen Bouman offers a diversified background in both commercial and residential real estate, as well as law. For the past two years, she has been part of RM Friedland’s Investment Sales Division and she is the Broker-Owner of her own residential firm, Green Grass Real Estate.

Danielle Black

Danielle embarked on her journey with MIAMI REALTORS® in 2005, tasked with leading advocacy efforts and influencing public policy. Her role has afforded her phenomenal chances to mobilize MIAMI's 60,000 REALTOR® members towards significant initiatives, including the construction of the South Miami Container Home, the initiation of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Mega Grant program, and the creation of the MIAMI REALTORS® Political Action Committee (PAC). Her proudest achievement in this role was using a NAR grant to coordinate and prepare a condo task force report, which led to an FHA policy change (ML 15-27); this change was announced at NAR’s annual convention in San Diego by then-FHA Commissioner Ed Golding. In October 2022, Danielle became the new Chief of Commercial with MIAMI Realtors.

Kevin Brown

Kevin Brown (AHWD, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Oakland, Calif., is the 2024 First Vice President of the National Association of REALTORS®. A second-generation real estate professional with over 44 years of experience, Kevin owns and manages the family business that his father started more than 55 years ago, and often works with his brother, Bill Brown of Alamo, Calif., who served as 2017 NAR President. Kevin is broker-owner of Better Homes Realty and Brown Commercial Investment Real Estate Services, which serves Oakland, Berkeley, and the surrounding Bay Area.

Specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales, Kevin also has extensive expertise in investment property brokerage and management. Kevin’s past clients include residential buyers and sellers, banks, institutional investors, large trusts, law firms, the City of Berkeley, smaller individual investors, and the U.S. Marshal Service.

D'Etta Casto-DeLeon

D’Etta Casto-DeLeon, CCIM, CCMS, is a Director at CBRE Loan Services in Houston, TX. She has more than 25 years of commercial real estate loan servicing and mortgage banking experience. D’Etta earned her CCIM designation in 2007 and is the 2024 CCIM Institute Global President.

Robby M. Eaves

Robby Eaves is a founding Principal at Commercial Industrial Properties, focusing on development projects, tenant site selection, and commercial investment transactions. With a background as a Senior Vice President at Retail Solutions and experience at NAI and REOC Austin, he possesses extensive knowledge across various market sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, and the food and beverage industry. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2015, Robby has held leadership roles within the CCIM Institute and other real estate organizations. He actively participates in local and regional real estate councils and associations, contributing to educational offerings and serving in key positions such as the 2024 CCIM Institute’s Chair of Marketing and 2023 Regional Vice President for CCIM Institute's Region 4.

Gus Fonte

Gus Fonte is the 2024 MIAMI REALTORS® Chairman of the Board and president and principal broker of AJF Properties, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage.

A Miami native, Fonte became a licensed Florida real estate salesman in 1987 and a broker in 1992.He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1990. Fonte has volunteered his time as a MIAMI Association of Realtors leader since 2005, when he led MIAMI Commercial. He first served on the Florida Realtors board of directors in 2003.

Maria C. Grulich

Maria Grulich serves as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Global Business for the Florida Association of Realtors, overseeing and developing commercial and global initiatives and programs for Florida. She advises and supports Realtor® members and association/board staff on global matters and markets at the local, state and federal levels while, strengthening relationships and cooperation with international organizations.

Michael D. Hinton

Hinton is a seasoned real estate advisor with over 23 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate in the South Florida Markets, now a Senior Associate at APEX Capital Realty, he focuses on investment sales and tenant representation in the retail and office segments in the S Florida market. Hinton achieved his CCIM designation in April 2018 and is the Florida CCIM Chapter President-Elect in 2024. He is also a Past President of the Commercial Board of Miami Realtors.

Greg Hrabcak

Gregory J. Hrabcak (CCIM, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Westerville, Ohio, is in his second year as Treasurer for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Gregory has been a REALTOR® for over 39 years. He is a commercial specialist with Hanna Commercial Real Estate, where he heads the Central Ohio company’s commercial and property management divisions.

Ashley Jackrel

Prior to becoming a Senior Vice President at Avison Young, Ashley founded, grew and sold a small business. She has leveraged that expertise into success for her clients, while also serving in various leadership roles. Presently, she serves in a mayoral-appointed seat on a City of Charleston board, as well as simultaneously at local, state and national REALTORS® associations, and as an Honorary Commander for the United States Air Force.

Kristi Kay Spikes

With more than two decades of experience in the Real Estate industry, I transitioned to the role of Coordinator within the Professional Development department at MetroTex Association of Realtors in 2022. Presently serving as the Commercial Programs Manager, my responsibilities encompass all facets of commercial operations at MetroTex. Originally from the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex, my journey led me to reside in New York and California. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cherishing moments with my pets, and exploring the culinary delights of Dallas's renowned restaurants.

Jay B. Olshonsky

2024 MIAMI REALTORS® Commercial President Lorenzo Perez Jr. is the founder and principal broker of Premier International Properties. He is also the founder and CEO of i3 Technology, a pro-tech company pioneering the integration of advanced technologies in the real estate industry.

He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (University Fast Track Member) and serves as Committee Chair of the Florida International University Hollo School of Real Estate Board.
